CalFlex Window Cleaning was founded in January 2005 as a result of the merger between Callahan Window Cleaning owned by Ian Callahan and Reflection Window Cleaning owned by Tanner Larsson.

Tanner and Ian both started their respective companies as a means of putting themselves through school. Ian and Tanner both started their companies back in the beginning of 2002.

Upon meeting in school Tanner and Ian fast became friends and have worked together as their companies grew from small part time gigs into full fledged businesses.

In January of 2005 Tanner and Ian decided to officially join forces and focus all of their efforts on the growth and development of one united company. Thus CalFlex Window Cleaning was born.

In October of 2007, Tanner got an opportunity to go to work for the Department of Homeland Security, which is something he'd always wanted to do. As such, Tanner sold his interest in CalFlex Window Cleaning to Ian Callahan thereby making Ian the sole owner of CalFlex.

Since the merger, CalFlex Window Cleaning has rapidly emerged as one of the leading window cleaning providers in the Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe Region. This is due to Ian's unique approach to business and his exceptionally high service standards and devotion to customer service.

Ian was born and raised here and is a sixth generation Reno Nevadan. He graduated in 2001 from Sparks High School, and in the spring of 2008 graduated from college with two degrees. He also spent the summers of 2006 and 2007 working as a firefighter for the BLM.
